2-ingredient chocolate magic shell

2-ingredient chocolate magic shell like the one you get from an old fashioned ice cream shop 🍨 I’ve seen a ton of recipes online using coconut oil which is fine but it’s just annoying having to buy an extra ingredient when you just want something simple like #magicshell , welp I’m here to tell you any neutral flavor oil works too. I use a 2:1 ration because I like a thin shell but feel free to adjust it base on how hard/thick you want the shell to be.

Chocolate magic shell recipe:

4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

2 oz neutral flavor oil like avocado oil or canola

Directions:

Microwave both ingredients in a heat safe bowl until chocolate is melted, about 1-1.5 minutes. Drizzle over ice cream and enjoy!
